Language today

Even in the digital age, when the constant banter is about the loss of language, we need to remember that language has always been in development, has never stood still, is owned by no-one but possessed by everyone and therefore it is the responsibility of every breathing soul to cherish what is still our most effective form of communication.

Too bloody right!
I speak 'strine. When I wanna fairdinkum chinwag with a shiela there's nothing better than 'strine. Struth, even the Don spoke 'strine, and if it's good enough for the great man it's good enough for me. Shit, now I'm crying! I'm just so happy to know a true blue bloke like you understands the importance of 'strine.
Thanks mate.
